Crafted from 100% New Zealand wool, Remo is defined by texture and contrast, bringing a graphic sensibility softened by considered craftsmanship.

Remo Earth is a striped chocolate and pewter rug with a plain pewter border.

The Remo palette is inspired by earthy neutrals like copper, pewter, sand, charcoal and chocolate, colours chosen for their longevity and cosy, lived-in feel. An irregular horizontal stripe pattern is created by a higher loop pile, creating a visual rhythm across the surface.

The two-toned design woven in complementary shades adds depth and structure, while the lowered, cut border at the top and bottom edges provides a grounding frame. Remo delivers a tactile experience that is decorative yet balanced and composed, making it well-suited to contemporary living spaces.

Sizing: Created by craftsmen using artisan skills, all rugs are individually handmade. As a result, our rugs can vary by 5% from the size ordered.

All orders will be processed within 1-2 days of being received at City Hall. Orders are dispatched from City Hall in Auckland, Monday through Friday.

Any orders received over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed.

Deliveries within Auckland, expect 1-2 days from dispatch.

Deliveries out of Auckland, expect 2-4 days from dispatch.

Please allow for delays during peak times for Couriers and to areas of NZ that may have been effected by recent weather events.

Online

We are happy to offer exchanges or store credit on all items excluding earrings, skincare, custom orders and sale items. Return of goods for change of mind will be at the customers cost.

Any items returned must be in original condition and packaging.

If your purchased product is faulty due to manufacturing we will offer a refund or replacement of product, whichever is preferred and return of the goods will be at our cost. City Hall will organise the collection and return of faulty or damaged goods.

Items returned as an exchange or credit must be returned within 14 days.
