Delivery

All orders will be processed within 1-2 days of being received at City Hall. Orders are dispatched from City Hall in Auckland, Monday through Friday.

Any orders received over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday (unless a public holiday).

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed.

Deliveries within Auckland, expect 1-2 days from dispatch.

Deliveries out of Auckland, expect 2-4 days from dispatch.

Please allow for delays during peak times for Couriers and to areas of NZ that may have been effected by recent weather events.

Oversized items may incur extra delivery charges across the country. This includes large pots, stools, chairs, prints and other items that are not considered standard size as carried by our preferred national couriers..
